5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they’re:

• In original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags attached)
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

• GAA gloves
• Caps and headwear (unless defective)
• Kids’ base layers/undergarments without hygiene seals

5.3 Return Process

3. Ship items to our Anchorage facility at your expense
4. Allow 3-5 business days for processing upon receipt

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect returns. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
