Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after shipment)
  • Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days delivery after shipment)

Note: We ship globally except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary during peak Gaelic football and hurling seasons.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our performance wear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our flexible returns policy covers most items within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached)
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • GAA gloves
  • Caps and headwear (unless defective or incorrect)
  • Kids’ base layers and undergarments without original hygiene seals

How to Return an Item

  1. Initiate your return: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and return request
  2. Pack your items: Securely package the unworn merchandise with all original tags and packaging
  3. Ship your return: Send to our Anchorage facility using a trackable shipping method (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility)
  4. Wait for processing: Allow 3-5 business days for processing once we receive your return

Exchange Process

For size exchanges on performance gear (hoodies, tracksuit bottoms, etc.):

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Clearly indicate your desired replacement item and size in your email
  • We’ll ship your replacement once the original item is received (additional shipping charges may apply for international exchanges)

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • International returns may be subject to customs deductions
  • PayPal refunds may take 1-2 additional days to process
